Key Responsibilities:

  • Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for campaigns, social media, videos, and event collaterals.
  • Understand briefs and develop content aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to develop creative concepts and storytelling ideas.
  • Research, brainstorm, and craft narratives that connect with diverse audiences from employees to CXOs.
  • Develop content for internal communications, employer branding campaigns, and culture-driven initiatives.
  • Adapt tone and style across platforms from punchy social captions to long-form decks and scripts.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and creativity.
  • Participate in meetings and document clear Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
  • Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities.
  • Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Stay updated with trends in communication, culture, and marketing to keep ideas fresh and relevant.
  • Contribute ideas to brainstorming sessions, campaign pitches, and brand-building discussions.
  • Create

    SEO-friendly content

    for websites, blogs, and landing pages that drives visibility and engagement.
  • Develop

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Postgraduate degree in

    English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism

  • 12 years of experience

    as a writer or copywriter with a strong, diverse content portfolio.
  • Proven ability to write for

    different audiences, tones, and formats

  • Well-versed in

    current trends and best practices

    in social media and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of

    digital and event industry communication

    with persuasive, idea-driven copy.
  • A

    self-starter
