As a Junior Consultant at our company, your role will involve engaging with key influencers in the industry such as Architects, PMC's, and Contractors to promote our services and build brand awareness. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting thorough research on potential clients - Responding to client inquiries - Providing free consultations to potential customers - Following up with clients regularly - Negotiating and closing deals You will also be required to visit clients when necessary to offer expert advice and guidance. To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications: - Excellent communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi - A degree in any field with a pleasant personality - Ability to build rapport with clients both in person and over the phone - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Familiarity with internet usage and data research - Dynamic, quick to learn, and adaptable qualities - Strong negotiation, listening, and questioning skills Please note that this position is based in Kochi, Kozhikode, or Trivandrum, and candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in institutional marketing or the construction industry, particularly in areas such as waterproofing, sports, or flooring, will be given preference. Possession of a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role. The position offers attractive performance-based incentives and reports to the Lead Consultant.
