Junior Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer Trainer (Construction, Masonry & Carpentry)

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Civil Engineer to join us as a Trainer for our Construction, Masonry, and Carpentry course. The right candidate should not just know the theory but also have strong practical site knowledge—the kind that comes from real field experience. We need someone who can explain construction in the simplest, most creative way so that students truly understand how things work on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

Practical Training & Curriculum

• Teach students the real, on-site techniques of construction, masonry, and carpentry.
• Make learning fun and easy with demonstrations, models, and practical activities.
• Share your field experience and practical hacks along with technical knowledge.

Workshops & Site Exposure

• Conduct hands-on workshops and guide students in practicing real skills.
• Organize site visits to show how things actually happen on the ground.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during workshops and visits.

Mentorship & Guidance

• Act as a mentor and guide for students in both skills and career growth.
• Create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to learn.

Teaching Tools & Technology

• Teach students basic computer skills like AutoCAD, Canva, and MS Office to complement their field knowledge.
• Show how these tools connect to real construction work.

Coordination & Community Engagement

• Work with the team to design a course that matches industry needs.
• Support community teams in student mobilization and course promotion.

Innovation & Improvement

• Keep the training updated with new methods and construction trends.
• Take feedback from students and continuously improve teaching methods.

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualification: ITI in Civil / Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 1–2 years in construction, with good exposure to site work, masonry, and carpentry.
• A teacher at heart – someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and simplifying complex things.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Canva, and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for building the next generation of construction professionals.

Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Contract (extendable)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
