Junior Civil Engineer

Job Title: Junior Civil Engineer Experience: Minimum 3 Years Qualification: BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering Location: Hyderabad (Kothur) Department: Project / Construction Engineering Job Responsibilities a) Construction Management & Coordination Supervise and manage site execution to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for efficient workflow. b) Project Planning & Tracking Manage project components such as budgeting, estimation, scheduling, execution, quality control, and documentation. Monitor and control project progress to meet deadlines and budget constraints. c) Reporting & Communication Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly project review meetings. Prepare and present reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders. d) Interdisciplinary Coordination Oversee coordination between civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams. Ensure smooth execution across multiple engineering disciplines. e) Technical Review & Design Interpret and review civil and structural drawings including RCC/steel structures and foundations. Detect and resolve design conflicts or on-site execution issues. Utilize knowledge of Indian Standards (IS Codes) to ensure regulatory compliance. Prepare BOQs, develop minor civil designs, and propose cost-effective construction methods. f) Software Proficiency Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Outlook), MS Project, and documentation/reporting tools.
