Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking.
  • Learn and follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and food items.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Support kitchen operations during busy periods.
  • Willingness to learn new cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Prepare basic dishes under supervision (e.g., salads, appetizers, sauces).

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Strong interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and cleanliness.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,942.18 - ₹12,000.00 per month
