Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Twite AI Technology, you will be responsible for acquiring new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients to enhance business relations. Your primary focus will be on generating requirements through cold calling and email campaigns, as well as managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing clients and further account farming. You will be selling IT staffing, SOW-based services, solutions, and services to MSP/VMS & direct relationship-based clients, while also working on closing IT clients and generating business through new client acquisitions. You will play a crucial role in initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, making presentations, and understanding account requirements. Collaborating with leadership, you will build rapport with potential clients, explain product and service capabilities, overcome objections, and prepare contracts to close sales. Additionally, you will service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules. Identifying customer pain points, investigating problems, preparing scopes, and making recommendations to management will be key aspects of your role. You will also be required to make regular cold calls to potential clients and engage in email campaigns to generate client interest and leads. To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong ability to sell IT services and solutions, particularly IT staffing and SOW-based services. Familiarity with MSP/VMS models and direct relationship-based client management, as well as proficiency in lead generation and client acquisition through cold calling and email campaigns, are essential. Experience in building and managing the sales lifecycle, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies are also required.
