Job Summary

As a Junior Business Development Executive , you will support our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, bidding on freelance platforms, client communication, and market research. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., to acquire new projects.

· Create and send bulk emails and make cold calls to potential leads.

· Write professional and customized business proposals based on client requirements.

· Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, follow-ups, and relationship building.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.

· Support senior business development staff in creating sales strategies and marketing materials.

· Maintain and update lead databases and follow-up records regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong knowledge of bidding platforms (Up work, Freelancer, etc.).

· Basic understanding of IT services and software development lifecycle.

· Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
