Junior Business Development Executive

Job Title: Junior Business Development Executive (BDE) – EdTech

Location: 3rd floor, Ozone Manay Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Garebhavipalya, Garvebhavi Palya, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068

Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Sales (EdTech Industry Preferred)

Key Requirements:

• Fresher with lifescience graduation can apply.
• Proven sales experience in EdTech or related industry.
• Kannada language fluency is mandatory.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to build relationships with students/parents and achieve sales targets.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into admissions/enrollments.
• Counsel students and parents about courses/programs.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls for sales conversions.
• Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

CTC: As per company norms

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
