As a Lead Enrollment Specialist at PlanetSpark, you will engage with qualified, high-intent leads and create a personalized enrollment journey that adds real value right from the initial touchpoint. Your role will involve hosting dynamic video consultations to establish a strong rapport and enhance brand credibility. You will excel in navigating objections, understanding customer motivations, and converting hesitations into successful enrollments. Managing the lead-to-enrollment pipeline with expertise, you will ensure each interaction is seamless, customer-centric, and optimized for conversion.
