About the Role:


Junior Business Development Executive (BDE)



Key Responsibilities:

Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, email, and cold calls

• Understand client needs and present service offerings in a clear and convincing manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare estimates and proposals.

• Manage and update lead pipelines and CRM tools.

• Follow up with prospects to nurture and close deals.

• Maintain awareness of digital trends in Western markets to pitch effectively.



Required Skills & Experience:

IT sales / digital agency sales

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

• Ability to identify high-intent leads and confidently start conversations.

UK/US/Western markets

• Familiarity with basic web and SEO terminologies.
