About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller

incoming travel leads

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound travel leads and client enquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Search and compare flight, hotel, and travel package options from partner inventory.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate travel information and recommendations based on client preferences.
• Follow up with leads, maintain records of enquiries, and track booking conversions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and post-sales support.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and successful closures.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in

  English and Hindi

  (spoken and written).
• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in travel, hospitality, or customer service roles.
• Strong knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, and packages) is an advantage.
• Confident, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple enquiries, and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online travel booking tools.
