Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our travel agency team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound inquiries, explaining travel packages, and helping clients with booking and service-related queries. The ideal candidate has good communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up on inquiries.
• Explain travel packages, destinations, and pricing to customers.
• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours).
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and support the sales team.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills (in English and local languages).
• Basic knowledge of travel industry products and services.
• Proficiency in using phones and computers.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
