Counselor cum Telecaller – Travel Agency

Role Overview:
As a Counselor cum Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers, guiding them through our offerings and assisting in planning their journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and receive calls to promote and sell travel packages.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, and services.
• Understand client preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
• Handle bookings, payments, and follow-up communications.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, or related field preferred. Any other degree can apply who have experience in same field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
