Counselor cum Telecaller – Travel Agency Role Overview: As a Counselor cum Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential travelers, guiding them through our offerings and assisting in planning their journeys. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and receive calls to promote and sell travel packages. Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, and services. Understand client preferences and recommend suitable travel options. Handle bookings, payments, and follow-up communications. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.Withe+1SimplyHired+1 Desired Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and sales skills. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
