Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Trainee to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in business development within the education technology sector. The trainee will work closely with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities, build client relationships, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
  • Support outreach efforts via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels to generate meetings and demos
  • Help maintain and update CRM systems with client and prospect data
  • Participate in client meetings, take notes, and support follow-up communications
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of goals
  • Analyze competitor offerings and market trends to support strategic planning
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to build industry knowledge and sales skills

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and the EdTech industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools; CRM experience is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
