Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Business Development Assistant for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting communication between clients and the team. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to sales and marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and gathering feedback to improve client satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to help achieve business goals while developing your professional skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to diverse audiences
Analytical and market research skills to identify opportunities, understand industry trends, and support strategic decision-making
Customer service experience and a focus on delivering excellent client satisfaction
Proactive mindset, ability to work collaboratively in a team, and willingness to learn and adapt
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and business development processes is a plus
