Junior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a proactive, technically minded executive to support our sales team in running and growing our web development business. You’ll help us stay organized, move deals forward, and keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical sales quotes for potential clients
• Support sales activities, including researching and preparing lead lists
• Join sales meetings and communicate with our technical team about potential projects
• Perform ad hoc research and prepare overviews to support the CEO and sales team in decision-making
• Follow up with the technical team on active projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong logical and analytical abilities
• Technically minded – able to understand web development terminology and concepts (you don’t need to code, but you should understand the basics)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and confidence in talking to both technical and non-technical people
• Experience in a tech or web development company

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or other CRM systems
• Understanding of web technologies (e.g., WordPress, Laravel, React, APIs)
