Description
As a Junior Business Analyst at Primotech, you will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive software development projects forward. Your responsibilities will include: - **Requirement Analysis:** - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in various forms such as FRDs, DRDs, BRDs, and User Guides. - Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate their needs into actionable requirements for development teams. - **Technical Collaboration:** - Work closely with technical teams proficient in PHP, WordPress, Laravel, React, and Node.js to align business goals with technical solutions. - Provide intermediate-level insights into technical solutions, system architecture, and development workflows. - **Client Communication:** - Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring clear communication and exceptional client satisfaction. - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular updates to manage expectations effectively. - **Documentation:** - Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including user manuals, process flows, and project-related documents. - Ensure all documentation meets organizational and industry standards. - **Project Management Support:** - Utilize project management tools like Jira, Basecamp, Trello, or Asana to track project progress and manage tasks for timely delivery. - Assist in risk management, resource planning, and project prioritization. - **Quality Assurance:** - Collaborate with QA teams to validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements. - Ensure thorough review of deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client expectations. - **Market Research & Insights:** - Conduct industry and competitor analysis to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations. - Propose enhancements or optimizations based on insights and user feedback.
