We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team with experience of having worked for IT companies. Responsibilities:

Strategize digital marketing efforts (paid and SEO) to create

brand awareness

• Create social media calendars on weekly basis
• Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
• Work with designers to ensure content is informative and

appealing

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development

teams

• Monitor SEO, SEM, SMM and user engagement and suggest

content optimization

• Manage and execute Digital Ads, Email tools, Mobile

Marketing etc.

• Handle end to end social and digital marketing for the

Company across all channels

• Generate leads through various digital marketing campaigns

-Understand the Customer, their offerings, target segment and their goals. Analyse the Client-consumer insights.

-Do appropriate market research and study on the respective product/service trends

-Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy

-Develop, implement and manage the social media strategy across different handles - Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Emailers, whatsapp, etc.

-Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content

-Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges and modify the plans accordingly.

-Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company

-Creating and updating digital marketing reports

-Overseeing the digital marketing budget

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or similar field.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Brand manager or similar role

- Experience with performance management campaigns, digital marketing automation software, Google Ads and Google Analytics is a plus

- Proficiency with SEO tools us a plus

- Should be detail oriented and practical in creating and running various marketing and branding campaigns

- Preference for candidates with qualities of leadership, teamwork and excellent communication skills.
