Junior Associate (Litigation)

As a Junior Associate (Litigation) at Ab Initio Legal LLP, you will be an essential part of our dynamic legal team specializing in Dispute Resolution, Civil & Commercial/Corporate litigation, Trials, Arbitration, and various other legal areas. Your role will involve a range of responsibilities that are crucial to the successful handling of cases and providing comprehensive legal solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Court Filings and Briefings: - Proficient in drafting and filing documents across various courts and tribunals. - Conduct administrative tasks related to case management and updates in a timely manner. - Case Management: - Assist Seniors/Partners in handling cases from start to finish. - Conduct legal research, prepare case summaries, and maintain accurate case records. - Drafting: - Draft a variety of legal documents such as Petitions, Affidavits, Applications, and more. - Review agreements, contracts, and other legal instruments as required. - Professional Development: - Display a strong willingness to learn and adapt to different litigation matters. - Stay updated on legal precedents, amendments, and emerging trends in litigation practice. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in core litigation. - Enthusiastic and eager to gain exposure in diverse areas of litigation. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
