Junior Associate - Customer Service

As a Customer Sales Representative, your role involves working directly with customers over the telephone to promote and describe products and services, with the aim of persuading potential and existing customers to make purchases. You will be responsible for educating customers on the various product offerings and services to enhance their online presence. Additionally, you will address pricing inquiries and respond to customer questions to strengthen the customer relationship. Following initial contact, you are expected to follow up with customers via phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying customer issues and providing suitable solutions through upselling of additional products and services - Obtaining customer commitment and ensuring the delivery of products - Continuous product education to enhance customer service during calls - Maintaining accurate daily records in the tracker Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of experience in an international call center - Proficiency in customer service and tele-calling skills - Familiarity with Web Based Applications and Windows systems - Ability to handle sensitive and critical client information - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in drafting emails with zero grammatical errors - Willingness to work in day/night shifts on a rotational basis Please note that this job is full-time and permanent.
