Junior Associate

Bhatia Law Associates is inviting applications for Advocates with expertise in Non-Litigation in Real Estate and M&A as well as Litigation in Civil and Commercial Disputes.

We are looking for dedicated professionals who can independently handle matters, provide practical solutions, and contribute effectively to our growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Non-Litigation in Real Estate and M&A

- Drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, sale deeds, MOUs, and other legal documents.

- Conducting title verification and legal due diligence for real estate transactions.

- Advising clients on property law, regulatory compliance, and structuring of transactions.

- Assisting in M&A matters, including drafting and reviewing transaction documents.

- Coordinating with clients, developers, and authorities for smooth execution.

- Litigation in Civil and Commercial Disputes

- Representing clients before courts and tribunals in real estate, corporate, and commercial disputes.

- Drafting pleadings, written statements, petitions, affidavits, and applications.

- Conducting legal research, preparing case strategies, and ensuring timely case updates.

- Managing client communication and case files with professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

LL.B. from a recognised institution.

Minimum 3 years or more experience in non-litigation in real estate and M&A and/or litigation in civil and commercial disputes.

Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to independently handle matters with attention to detail.
