Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing agreements, sale deeds, MOUs, and related documents:
Conducting title verification and legal due diligence.
Advising clients on property laws and regulatory compliance.
Coordinating with clients, developers, and authorities for smooth execution.
Litigation (Civil & Commercial Disputes):
Representing clients before courts and tribunals.
Drafting pleadings, petitions, and affidavits.
Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
Managing client communication and case files.
