Position : Junior Architect Location : Studio Ayatana, 8th cross, Kempapura, Hebbal, Bengaluru -24 Employment Type : Full-Time Annual Pay Scale : ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,16,000 (CTC) Probation Period : 3 Months Note: No leaves permitted during probation, except emergency medical leaves with valid documentation. Job Description : We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of architectural fundamentals, and proficiency in essential design and drafting software. Key Responsibilities : Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and presentations. Prepare 2D architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailing. Support in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and coordination with vendors. Conduct site visits, site measurements, and maintain records of project progress. Assist in 3D modelling and rendering for client presentations. Coordinate with consultants and other stakeholders for smooth project execution. Maintain project documentation and file management. Required Software Proficiency : AutoCAD – Drafting and documentation. SketchUp – 3D modeling. V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – Rendering and visualization. Photoshop – Presentation boards and basic post-processing. MS Office (Excel, Word) – Documentation and reporting. Knowledge of Revit or ArchiCAD will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 1–2 year of experience (Freshers may apply). Good communication and team collaboration skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute to diverse architectural projects. Attention to detail and time management. Additional Information : Salary will be based on skill level and experience within the stated range.
