Role Overview

full-time on-site Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in architectural and interior design concepts
• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models
• Participate in site visits, design discussions, and client presentations
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including structural, MEP, and interior teams
• Support Project Managers in tracking project timelines, materials, and deliverables
• Integrate software and design tools to streamline the architectural workflow
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree

  in Architecture or a related field

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

  is essential
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Prior experience as an

  Architect or Interior Designer

  is preferred
• Excellent

  creative thinking and visualization skills

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
