Junior Architect - Interior Industry - Thane

• Develop creative and functional design concepts for various spaces in line with client requirements, budget, and timelines.
• Plan and design layouts that optimize space usage while maintaining aesthetics, functionality, and safety standards.
• Assist in creating architectural drawings, renderings, models, and construction documents.

• Conduct research on materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, building codes, and regulations.

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

• Create visualizations, presentations, and models to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.

• Meet with clients to understand design preferences, budgets, and requirements.
• Develop and present design proposals to clients for review and approval.
• Collaborate with senior architects, designers, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project meetings, presentations, and coordination activities.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.
• Lead the design process from concept development to project completion.
• Manage junior designers, check drawings, set design standards, and provide mentorship.
• Provide support in project coordination and site visits.

• Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, safety, and quality standards.
• Solve on-site challenges and make necessary design/construction adjustments.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong ability in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and visual presentation.
