About the Role:

Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Use

  AI tools

  (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT-based drafting, or similar) to generate concept-based designs and presentation-ready visuals.
• Create 3D walkthroughs and visualisations of proposed designs.
• Collaborate with the senior design team to refine concepts based on feedback.
• Prepare technical drawings and specifications as per project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and standards.
• Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, design software, and AI-based tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Hands-on experience with

  AI-based design tools

  for concept creation and visualization.
• Strong creative, presentation, and visualisation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for presenting ideas to the team and clients.
