Junior Architect

Job Title: Junior Architect Location: Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bangalore Department: Architecture / Design & Planning   Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Architect to lead architectural design and planning projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring strong design sensibility, leadership abilities, and technical knowledge to manage large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments. This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure design excellence and project efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for complex architectural projects, from initial concept through construction documentation and completion. Manage and mentor junior architects and design staff, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to determine project requirements and solutions. Review and ensure compliance with local zoning, building codes, and regulations. Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and architectural presentations. Oversee project budgeting, timelines, and deliverables. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure architectural integrity and compliance during construction. Participate in project bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations as needed. Stay informed of design trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies in architecture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and legal regulations. Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills. High level of creativity, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional): LEED Accreditation or experience in sustainable design practices. Experience with BIM and 3D modeling workflows.
