Junior Architect

Objectives of the Job :

Handle Architectural & Interior Designing aspects of the projects independently, under guidance of Principal Designer & Sr. Architect. Handle drawings, planning, drafting, visits & BOQs of Sites.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities :

• Co-ordination with Principal Designer/ Sr. Architect Preparation of BOQs; designs, complete construction documents; write up building plans and assist in the presentation of materials.
• Help Principal Designer in Site Evaluation, Quality & Design checks, and controls, as also, assist in designing & sample collection.
• Site visits for checking with plans and Quality Control.
• Explain designs & Tie up with production and dispatch department & Control manufacturing orders to meet time-lines.
• Plan, indent & release orders for materials.
• Coordinate with vendors for samples and meetings.

Experience : Fresher to 1 year experience, excluding Internship.

Reports To – (Functionally) : Principal Designer / Senior Architect

Reports To – (Administratively) : Principal Designer / Head Design
