About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, project coordination, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing concept designs, working drawings, and presentation layouts.
• Support senior architects in project documentation, design detailing, and coordination with consultants.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using software tools.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop sustainable and innovative solutions.
• Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation.
• Stay updated on building codes, materials, and design trends.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Diploma in architecture from a recognized institution

Skills Needed

• Must have completed an internship
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong conceptual and visualization skills.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Green Building Design or Sustainable Architecture is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of municipal bylaws and approval processes (Delhi NCR) will be preferred.
