We help companies communicate clearly with investors and stakeholders through structured, credible, and visually refined corporate communication.

Role Description

We are looking for a Annual Report Designer with hands-on experience in Annual Reports, Corporate Reports, and structured publications.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with long-format documents, data-heavy content, tables, charts, and brand-driven layouts. Strong command over Adobe InDesign and an understanding of corporate design standards is essential.

Experience Required

• 1–2+ years of experience designing end-to-end Annual & Corporate Reports, with proven ability to create impactful cover pages, structured inner pages, infographics, and final report layouts
• Experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or corporate communications setup
• Any Graduate

Major Roles & Responsibilities

• Design Annual Reports, Corporate Reports, and investor-facing documents from start to finish
• Create structured layouts, tables, charts, infographics, and data visualizations using Adobe InDesign
• Ensure accuracy, alignment, readability, and brand consistency across multi-page documents
• Work closely with content, marketing, and client servicing teams to understand reporting requirements
• Adapt reports to different formats (print-ready and digital PDFs)
• Design supporting collaterals such as presentations, brochures, and select digital creatives
• Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently

Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Solid understanding of typography, grids, spacing, and long-document layout
• Experience handling data-heavy content and structured corporate information
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large documents
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage timelines and work under deadlines

Added Advantage:

• Experience with Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, Investor Presentations
• Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW
• Basic motion or video tools (optional)

Salary Range

• 1.8 LPA to 3 LPA
