Junior Analyst || Work from Office || US Shift

Responsibilities of Jr. Solutions Analysts:

We are seeking a Junior Solutions Analyst to join our Healthcare Solutions team. The candidate will work closely with the Solutions Architects and automation specialists to analyze, scope, test, and deploy automation solutions that improve internal processes and workflows. The Junior Solutions Analyst will support the development of scalable, efficient systems that streamline translation, localization, and healthcare-specific project operations.

Qualifications:

1. Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams; working with global teams including explaining technical concepts and business requirements in simple terms to stakeholders

2. 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT/automation support 3. Demonstrates strong attention to detail in identifying opportunities to standardize and streamline processes, drive automated solutions across various Operations and business units 4. Proven record of gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions across diverse systems and teams.

5. Strong ability to prioritize stakeholder demands, managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-changing environment

6. Proven ability to produce clear, structured process documentation and test cases to support collaboration across technical and non-technical teams to expedite testing and deployment

7. Hands-on familiarity with automation tools and approaches (e.g., AI/ML, workflow automation, scripting) to optimize processes and quality

8. Perform ad-hoc analyses to support urgent business requirements and provide decision-making insights

9. Strong proficiency in MS Suite (especially MS Word).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in IT/Localization or translation/Healthcare industry workflows.

2. 1-2 years of experience with automation systems/platforms and/or scripting.

3. Ability to think and identify emerging threats, vulnerabilities and risks in the emerging tech stacks implementations.

4. Strong interest in healthcare, language services, and technology-driven solutions using innovative problem-solving approaches
