Junior AI Engineer

What you’ll do

• Build GenAI features (chat, Q&A, summarization, extraction) using LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Develop AI agents and workflows using LangChain / LangGraph and (tools, memory, routing, multi-step tasks.
• Implement RAG chunking, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval evaluation.
• Ship production-ready services in Python (Fast API preferred) and integrate with frontend (React) where needed.
• Deploy and operate on Azure (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, App Services/Functions, Storage, Key Vault).
• Write clean code, tests, and documentation; participate in code reviews.

Must-have skills

• Strong Python (APIs, async basics, data handling).
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompts, and common GenAI patterns
• Hands-on with LangChain or any similar framework.
• Basic frontend familiarity: React + REST integration.
• Azure basics: deploying apps, using managed identity/secrets, and logging.

Good-to-have

• Any vector DB like Azure AI Search / Pinecone / Weaviate ), embeddings evaluation.
• Observability: tracing, prompt/response logging, cost monitoring.
• Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions.

What success looks like (first 60–90 days)

• Deliver 1–2 features end-to-end (API + simple UI integration) on Azure.
• Build one working RAG/agent workflow with measurable quality improvements.
• Follow engineering standards (tests, review, monitoring, documentation).
