Junior Accounts Executive

We seek a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our financial transactions and ensure smooth accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and familiar with accounting principles, taxation, and e-commerce financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial records, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Coordinate with external auditors, CA, and tax consultants.
• Manage e-commerce transactions, including payment gateway reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a startup or e-commerce environment.

• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations.

• Good communication skills written as well as verbal.

• Practical experience of Word, excel, Google Workspace, zoom, etc online applications.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
