Job Title: Jr Accountant/Billing Executive, Kollam Company: G8 Rice & Spice Supermarket Location: Kollam, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities Generate and process customer invoices for products and services. Ensure all billing is accurate and issued in a timely manner. Maintain and update billing records and client accounts. Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries. Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing procedures. Generate and analyze billing reports for management review. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a billing or finance-related role. Familiarity with billing software and financial management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
