Ensure all billing is accurate and issued in a timely manner. Maintain and update billing records and client accounts. Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries. Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing procedures. Generate and analyze billing reports for management review. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a billing or finance-related role. Familiarity with billing software and financial management systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Job Title: Cashier/Accounts Executive, Kollam Company: G8 Rice & Spice Supermarket Location: Vallikavu,Kollam, Kerala Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Cashier Duties: Handle customer billing efficiently Accept payments via cash, card, UPI, etc., and issue receipts. Maintain accurate cash drawer balances. Address and resolve customer inquiries or billing issues. Ensure daily sales reports and cash reconciliation are accurate. Accountant Duties: Record daily sales, expenses, and cash flow in accounting software. Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers and journals. Prepare monthly financial reports and statements. Manage petty cash, vendor payments, and purchase entries. Assist in GST filings, tax calculations, and statutory compliance. Coordinate with auditors for timely audits and reporting. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in retail accounting or cashiering. Supermarket experience is mandatory Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally or other accounting software. Familiarity with POS and billing systems. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills.
