Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic admin team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting and finance principles, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and contributing to the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, tax authorities, and benefit providers.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to identify gaps, improve processes, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation, invoices, vouchers, and reports in an organized manner.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, accuracy, and confidentiality.
