We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant and Office Admin. Job Summary: The Junior Accountant and Office Administrator will handle day-to-day financial tasks, maintain office operations, and support overall business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and has a basic understanding of accounting principles and admin duties. Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Finance Maintain records of day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.) Assist in preparation of GST filings, TDS, and income tax documents Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Handle petty cash and billing/invoicing Coordinate with external accountants/auditors Generate financial reports for internal use Office Administration Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications Maintain staff attendance and support HR documentation Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Tally or any accounting software Good communication skills in English and local language Ability to multi-task and work independently Laptop is mandatory What We Offer: Competitive salary Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and creative team Food will be provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 02/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
