Qualification: B.Com / Any relevant commerce background

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Accounting Entries:
• Record day-to-day transactions such as sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries in
• Tally
• .
• Bank Work & Reconciliation:

Assist in preparing bank deposits, maintaining bank records, and performing monthly bank reconciliation.

• GST & TDS Basic Support:

Help in preparing data for GST returns, TDS working, and ensuring compliance under the supervision of senior accountant.Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, follow-up for payments, and prepare basic ageing reports.Enter purchase bills, manage inventory entries (if applicable), and support in stock verification.Prepare simple reports, summaries, and MIS sheets using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables – basic/optional).Organize invoices, vouchers, statements, and maintain proper filing (soft and hard copies).Assist in month-end closing, data compilation, and other accounting activities as assigned.Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and import / export documents
• Proficiency in Tally ERP9 / Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, formatting).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
