We are hiring a Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day purchase activities and track order statuses. The role includes placing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and goods. Key Responsibilities: Raise and process purchase orders as per company requirements Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for order confirmations Track order status and follow up for on-time delivery Maintain purchase records and invoices Update internal teams on order timelines and delays Ensure materials received match the PO and required specifications Report any delivery issues or shortages to the manager Requirements: Graduate in Commerce or relevant field 1–2 years of purchase/order handling experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of procurement process Strong follow-up and coordination skills Proficiency in Excel and email communication Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
