Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Junior Accountant, you will be an integral part of our finance team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the accounting processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Tally and Excel Proficiency:
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Tally and Excel for accurate and efficient data entry and financial reporting.
2. Bank Reconciliation:
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
3. Sales and Receipts Entries:
Record and verify sales and receipts entries in Tally, maintaining precision and attention to detail.
4. Invoicing:
Generate and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
5. Accounting Reports:
Prepare and present accounting reports as required by management, showcasing a
clear understanding of financial data.
6. Client Coordination:
Coordinate with clients as & when required to provide them with necessary details
requested by them.
7. Communication Skills:
Demonstrate excellent communication skills, particularly in English, both written and
verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● Proven experience with Tally and Excel.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
● Good communication skills in English.
