We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting and possess a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, particularly debits and credits. Responsibilities for Junior Accountant Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Prepare and maintain journals, ledgers, and other accounting records. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and financial audits. Provide support for month-end and year-end closing processes. This role is responsible for driving global sales performance, expanding the export/import customer base, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of international markets, trade laws, and strong experience in managing cross-border sales teams. Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development – International Markets Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets. Build strategic relationships with global clients, agents, distributors, and trade partners. Lead negotiations and close international sales deals with high-value clients. 2. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement the sales strategy for import and export verticals. Set sales targets by region, product line, and market segment. Drive revenue growth through focused international sales campaigns. 3. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and manage the import/export sales team across geographies. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of international orders. 4. Market Research & Trend Analysis Analyze global market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks. Provide insights on customer needs, emerging markets, and business risks. 5.
