Job Summary: The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and process daily financial transactions (AP, AR, expenses, invoices)
Assist in maintaining general ledger and journal entries
Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly
Prepare basic financial reports and summaries
Help with month-end and year-end closing activities
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support audits and tax filings with accurate documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate project costing and reporting
