Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts (journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, etc.).
  • Support in preparing invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
  • Record daily business transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related documentation.
  • Support the Senior Accountant in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain vendor and customer ledgers and follow up on pending payments.
  • Help in audit preparations by organizing and providing the required financial data.
  • Ensure timely filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for billing, expense tracking, and reimbursement records.
