Position Title: Marketing Manager – Online & Offline Location: Thane West, Maharashtra Company Overview: Ashokasha Exim Pvt. Ltd. is a leading food and beverage importer, representing global brands such as Paldo, Pororo, Golden Prize, Noriko, Taokaenoi , and more. We are present across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, Horeca, E-commerce, and General Trade channels, with aggressive expansion plans in the Indian market. We are now looking to hire a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of both online and offline brand building and sales-driving initiatives . Role Overview: This is a 360-degree marketing role involving strategic planning and execution across digital platforms, modern retail activations, influencer collaborations, trade marketing, and brand communication . The candidate must be highly creative, data-savvy, and execution-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Online Marketing Develop and execute digital marketing plans for each brand across Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms. Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic), ensuring ROI-driven performance. Coordinate with platform category managers for banners, listing optimization, and participation in sales events. Work with designers/agencies for content creation: product banners, videos, A+ content, and story creatives. Drive influencer marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Instagram and YouTube food creators. Track KPIs such as CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and optimize accordingly. Offline Marketing Design and execute BTL activations like wet sampling, shop-in-shop models, endcap displays, and visibility drives in Reliance, Smart Bazaar, 7-Eleven, etc. Roll out marketing collaterals: shelf talkers, wobblers, danglers, POSMs, FSU units. Plan and supervise participation in trade events like AAHAR, INDUSFOOD and in-store festivals. Work with sales and merchandising teams to ensure proper in-store branding execution. Conceptualize and implement retail-specific offers, bundling schemes , and festive promotions. Brand Management Position each brand with a clear voice and consistent messaging tailored to the Indian audience. Localize global creatives and messaging without diluting the brand’s core identity. Maintain a unified tone of voice across all touchpoints (packaging, website, social media, etc.) Coordination & Reporting Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Design, Management) and external vendors (agencies, printers, influencers). Build monthly marketing calendars and campaign plans across all platforms. Track budgets and marketing spends; maintain campaign performance dashboards. Submit monthly reports on campaign effectiveness, sales uplift, and brand awareness metrics. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in FMCG / F&B / Imported Brands . Strong digital marketing background + offline activation exposure is a must. Highly organized, creative thinker with a bias for execution. Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment . Good written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with e-commerce dashboards, Canva/Photoshop, and Excel.
