🚨 We're Hiring | Area Sales Manager – Gujarat (FMCG Only)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and manage distributors across key cities in Gujarat
  • Drive primary & secondary sales in General Trade, Modern Trade & HoReCa
  • Build strong retailer and channel partner relationships
  • Implement in-store execution and visibility
  • Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies
  • Monitor competition, pricing, and market trends
🎯

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of core FMCG sales experience (Retail and/or HoReCa)
  • Well-versed with the Gujarat market and local trade dynamics
  • Strong distributor and retailer network
  • Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi & English
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus)
  • Willing to travel extensively within Gujarat
