Job Summary:

EVIS Healthcare Limited is seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Junior Accountant (Fresher) to join our finance team. The role involves managing daily accounting tasks such as sales and purchase entries, bank reconciliation, and invoice generation. Candidates must have a commerce background and proficiency in Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate sales and purchase entries in Tally Prime.
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Generate and process invoices as required.
• Ensure compliance with organizational accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the finance team to enhance accounting processes.
•  Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, including day-to-day financial transactions, ledgers, and journals.
•  Manage inventory records in Tally Prime, ensuring stock levels are updated and reconciled with physical counts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge and practical skills in Tally Prime (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Experience:

• Open to fresher with a commerce background and strong Tally Prime skills.
• 0-1 year of experience in accounting or internships is a plus.
