Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic SEO Sales team, handling client communication and operational discussions during the night shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage client communication during the night shift, responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate operational discussions between clients and internal teams, ensuring all tasks are executed effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Support internal teams in meeting project deadlines, identifying potential bottlenecks and providing solutions.
  • Provide updates to clients about progress, timelines, and changes as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
  • Assist with reporting, tracking project status, and delivering status reports as needed.
  • Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and make decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle client communication during non-traditional working hours.
  • Basic understanding of SEO & Upwork and other operational processes and the ability to contribute to project discussions.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or account management software is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work remotely with access to necessary tools and a stable internet connection.
