Junior Account Manager

As an Account Manager in a creative digital agency, your primary responsibility will be to monitor client accounts, providing timely updates and check-ins. You will be expected to demonstrate strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and the ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget. Guiding clients in branding, positioning, and marketing implementation will be crucial to ensure client satisfaction and project success. In this role, you will need to coordinate with various internal teams such as content, design, and media to oversee the execution of projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing billing for clients, with a brief understanding of BCMA (Billing Cost Margin Analysis) and conducting Gross Margin (GM) analysis on accounts to maintain a specific percentage of GM. Actively presenting ideas to expand service offerings and enhance the positioning of the firm will be part of your regular tasks, along with upselling to existing clients. Collaboration with creative and marketing teams to align strategies is essential for achieving client objectives. Managing contract negotiations and renewals will also fall under your purview, as well as preparing reports on account status and sales performance. To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a creative digital agency. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for conveying ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.
