Junior Account Assistant

As the incumbent, you will be responsible for various key aspects of the business operations. Your primary duties will include: Vendor Management: You will be in charge of maintaining and updating the vendor database and documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient vendor relationships. Banking & Financial Operations: Collaborating with banks for daily transactions, fund transfers, and account reconciliations will be a crucial part of your role. The management of petty cash and accurate documentation of all banking activities will also fall under your purview. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of financial reports and bank statements. Client Contracts: Your responsibilities will extend to drafting, reviewing, and executing client contracts in close coordination with the legal and sales teams. It will be imperative to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all contractual documentation. Keeping organized records of agreements and correspondence will be essential. Employee Records and Administrative Duties: You will be tasked with managing employee records, statutory compliance, and other administrative duties within the finance and administrative domains. Furthermore, you will play a role in facilitating onboarding and exit processes from a financial and administrative perspective.
